The training initiatives will be held at the headquarters of Nuova C.M.M.E. Bergamo srl.

2. REFINEMENT OF COURSE REGISTRATION

2.1 Registration is considered completed upon receipt by Nuova C.M.M.E. Bergamo srl of the duly completed form (visible at the following link http://www.cmme.it/corsi-e-esami/calendario-corsi.html ) in order to ensure the quality of information/training activities rendered to participants, enrollment in courses is on a limited number basis.

The date of arrival of the application, complete in all its parts and duly signed, will determine the priority of enrollment.

3. REGISTRATION FEE

The fee must be paid in a lump sum at the time the application is made or communicated before the course is delivered.
The fee, including supporting educational materials and-where expressly provided-for cofee breaks and from the working lunch, is exclusive of VAT.

4. METHOD OF PAYMENT

The Fee must be paid by Bank Transfer – indicating the participant’s details, title and Course Code – in favor of:

5. PROGRAM CHANGES

Nuova C.M.M.E. Bergamo srl – for organizational reasons and at its sole discretion – reserves the right to cancel or postpone the starting date of the Course, giving notice to interested parties by e-mail or fax, to the addresses indicated in the registration form, no later than 3 days before the scheduled starting date of the Course. In such cases the Registration Fees received will be refunded, with the exclusion of any further charge or obligation for reimbursement and/or compensation to be borne by Nuova C.M.M.E. Bergamo srl.

Nuova C.M.M.E. Bergamo srl also reserves the right to vary the calendars, modify the programs, without however altering their contents, replace teachers in case of unforeseen events and/or impediments.

6. INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE

For those enrolled (Individuals) who, as of the start date of the Course, are unable to attend due to legitimate impediment or force majeure, it will be possible to transfer enrollment to the next edition of the same initiative-if scheduled-or to another course of the same amount, upon advance payment of the full amount of the original course not attended. In case of corporate registration, it is possible to replace the registered participant with another person from the same company. In any case, the right to claim any refunds, even partial ones, is expressly excluded.
